Some good deals there. Damm! Had I known... I would have taken $100k, a Uhaul and headed up there. People are going to rake it in on Ebay... There was 81 front Saleen Bumpers for F150's that sold for like $380... That's like buy one get 80 free... crap!

If would have new about this i would have went with you and spent YOUR money of course but it would feel like mine, you know? Ive always wanted a saleen. I wonder if they had any superchargers on site that were going to auction.

Looks like to me that Saleen is DONE! What a shame.

Wrong... I read not too long ago that they shut the store / HDQ center in Irvine and moved to Troy Mi. Troy was the only place they were building cars. So this doesn't look good. How can you build cars when you're selling everything to build those cars?

I can understand if you have a surplus of parts, etc. But when you start auctioning off office equipment, tooling, etc., it's not a good sign. Remember I was in the auction business... whenever they start auctioning everything, it wasn't good news for the company.

But Saleen? Will the cars go up in value? You might see an uptrend of Saleen purchased pretty quick if thats true. What will the mustang world be withough Mr Steve Saleen and his custom stangs? so sad

Remember.... Steve is no longer with Saleen. He retired, got booted out by the investors.. whatever the case.

Steve started up another company. Something like SMS (Saleen Motor Sports). He's working on new projects...
