stripes
Has anyone looked at the stripes on their car? I mean really closely looked at them? I was today and they r pretty janky. Maybe its just mine idk. Prob nothing anyone but me would see but I was wondering if they all are like this? I may end up just getting them painted on.

Re: stripes
Mine seem to be in good shape, but vinyl does not hold up too well for long periods of time. Painted on would be the best way to ensure they are prestine, but it can cost a penney or two.

Re: stripes
I'm changing mine out to a gunmetal color and it's going to wrap around all edges where the factory stuff doesn't and looks unfinished. If anyone needs theirs redone let me know. American Autosports can work you up a deal on install or material and install. Let me or Paul H. know what you need. We do top notch work and only use high grade vinyl.

Re: stripes
This just confirms my decision to go with the stripe delete option.
I have entertained the idea of going with a gun metal gray GT500 stripe across the side, but think I am just going to keep it clean.

Re: stripes
I've considered going stripe delete just to be unique. But I think I have settled on a look for my car that when it's finished should look awesome. One of a kind is the best way to stand out in a crowd. Keeps things interesting at car shows too. Look out at next years car shows. I'm going to be there to F things up. Lol
