Yep. Easy install. Great mod. I love mine. Makes you wonder why Ford didn't make them standard equipment. Next available outing we can slap them on i'm sure.

Re: Hood Lift
Hmm Ive never seen hood struts quite like that before. Are those a little longer than ours?
No problem Casi, we will schedule a tech day and get those installed in no time.
On a side note I need to install my hood pins as well!! Hint Hint

Re: Hood Lift
ok awesome. It is way out of my league to install...especially since it requires drilling and a rivet gun...lol. What kind of hood lift do you guys have?

Re: Hood Lift
Oh wow, I just checked out the CDC hood struts and they just bolt on. The ones I purchased require drilling. Makes me want to go with the CDC struts now.

Re: Hood Lift
I just looked at the ones you bought Casi... I bought a pair of those and sent them back. They kept wanting to bend when I shut my hood. Tooooo stiff. I went with the CDCs... 5 min install, no holes, no rivets and more room to work under the hood.
We could do a detail day at my place. I have plenty of BHF buckets!
