I was thinking that I saw/read somewhere that they are tuned to be running low-mid 10's. It undoubtedly would run much faster than that if it was maxed out. But, it's built to be running in a "stock" class.

there is one that runs at TRP 10.75 i think a good driver could go 10.5 in it
