I HATE DEER!!!

I had a big deer hit the side of my stang this morning when I was going 50mph. Jacked the entire driver side of my car up!

Damn dude that sucks! At least he didn't come through the windshield. Also if you killed it you can take the deer and have it processed for the meat. Yummy!

I have family up north in Pennsylvania and you here that all the time. Don't think I have heard of that happening here. How bizzare.

Sucks big time. Happens all the time in Wisconsin. Did it have insurance? Sorry.. I know, I know.

It was by TCC West on 41st st about 7 am this morning. The really bad part is I have a $1000.00 deductable! S H I T ! ! !

Deer are really on the move with the rut going on.They are everywhere.There have been 5 hit in the last 2 weeks in the area we will be in tomorrow.Everyone be very careful.

Rut season is just about over. Probably got a peak with the full moon the last couple night. They tend to be more active.

Its ok, I have my own deer whistle strapped to the top of my motor.

good one jerry we have a high deductable on our insurance i can tell my wife i need to get a "deer whisle" so i dont hit one

Sorry to hear about the accident, Zach - but at least you're OK. That's yet another reason I quit motorcycling - if you're on a motorcycle, you lose v. either a car or deer.

Yeah...and, oddly enough, deer whistles look exactly like black chrome FR500 18" wheels. And it takes four of them to be really effective.

Yes on a side note, it is good to hear that you are OK. A car can always be fixed, that is as long as you are still around to fix it.

Its strange, every car that I have seen with the appropriate deer whistles had black chrome FR500's and KB super chargers. You really need to inform your wife this is the way to go. Its for safety.

I almost hit one on the turnpike near McAlister a month ago. Must have been the deer whistle that stopped him before he crossed the hiway. At 85 mph that would have sucked! Freaked me out!

that's why my deductible is 0. the difference in my 6 month price is less than 100 bucks for both my car and truck.

My fiancee is 20 so our insurance is high as shit! My monthly payment for me on my car is like $90 but her on the grand am is like $160. I think I am going to try and find a hood for my car and have it painted during this and my spoiler is chipped thanks to that damn deer so GT500 spoiler it is. Help me find a spoiler and a badass hood gents!

yeah that's the place. not only are there people from on here, but there are many many people i know from other forums that get their gt500 spoilers from that ebay store and i have not once heard of any of them that had a complaint about quality or fit. if i remember right they were going for around 125 painted and shipped.

blair there is absolutely nothing special at all about them when you own one i guess, but in reality it is one of the better looking ones on the market. the funny thing is that ford has produced some of the best looking body kits for the mustang. the termi kit is IMO the best you can get for the 99-04 as long as you're not trying to badge a V6 or GT as a cobra and the GT500 front end is also the best looking for the 05+ once again IMO. now i do like the saleen heritage facia, but it is pretty much the same facia almost as the gt500 w/o having to change the headlights and any brackets to mount it all up.

I sort of go with the "unpretentious and not obtuse" especially when you see a Subaru rolling down the road with something on the back of it that looks like it came off of a 1969 Dodge Daytona....

And I do love the mods that are being put on the Mustangs. For me though, all the mods are gonna be invisible, except for the car sitting lower due to suspension change.

I'm fine with the GT500 spoiler, I was just curious why people liked them because they are rather low in profile....
