Tornado in BA Last night.

Looks like that was what woke me up last....
I was awakened about 11:30 last night by crap hitting our bedroom window and the sound of crazy wind. Turns out it was a tornado about 1/2 mile from us. No sirens, not even a serve T-Storm warning.

Millions of dollars in weather crap and they cant even give a warning. Thats pretty scary.

Yep... I kept thinking ... Damm, not even a servre storm warning.... I looked out the window and the trees were bent way over (Like Jarrod in prison) and the lawn furniture was all over the place.

Yeah, they didn't have a severe storm warning until after it passed. I was watching the weather update about 11:30 and they issued a warning for wagoner county. I guess they figured since it was knocking out the power it was pretty severe.

Btw... that's the 2 one in a year the has hit within a 1/2 mile of here. Before that I watch one touched down 1 mile south of here in 2004 and 2 other funnel clouds go right over the house...

yeah i was standing on the front porch when the wind hit... so i stood in my entry way and watched the sleet/hail hitting.... but i'm at 81st and hwy 51 by blue bell.... strong straight line winds was about it

I was on the phone with Bryan and told him I thought there was a tornado outside at 10:00 and come to find out there was. I live at about 55th and elm in battlecreek.

i called him to ask if it was windy at his house.... he said he was in the closet with his helmet on crying like a little girl... poor guy ........ I could barely understand him with the quivering in his voice.....

It lifted the Sable out of driveway on put it on top the house. Wild. I drove it (carefully) off this morning.

WOW!! A Tornado?? That doesn't put a whole lot of confidence in our weather guys. And I was watching all the channels. 
It hailed pretty good over here and was waiting on the power to go out. I was glad it didn't.
