Was checking on Grabberorange.net browsing the For Sale section and ran across a 3400 Mi GT500 for $39000!!!! Wow...what a great price! Just thought it was great seeing one below MSRP

Well it SHOULD be below MSRP - IT'S USED!! And it's yellow.

Used or not...these never went for anything under 5-15k above sticker...so below MSRP is pretty darn good

I've seen offers from smaller dealers on other forums willing to sell GT500s at a little under sticker - and in these times I'm pretty certain you could buy all of them you want at MSRP. The days of ADMs on the GT500s are over with (except for the uninformed and gullible buyers).

David I hate to disagree with you But show me GT500s that have sold for under 40k and Ill agree with you. I havent seen any used or not. This paticular car has 3400 miles on it...practically new

BHF that has two KR's that haven't moved. They will take sticker and still nothing.

hey jarrod randy at BHF told david he could get the gt500 for sticker not sure how much that is i didnt look cuz i didnt have 42k to 47k with me at the tech day (or any other day for that matter)but i think he is right there are dealers not that far from tulsa that are hurting pretty bad.things have changed quite a bit in the last few months i thought i stole mine at 23600 with all the options i got. and you can probably do even better than that now

Ive heard of dealers now offering sticker....just dont know anyone that actually purchased one for the promised sticker price. Just thought seeing one in the 30's was a pretty sweet deal.

I know times are changing....Ive heard of said deals...just dont know anyone that has got one for under 40k used or otherwise

If I had the money right now I would be buying a GT500 below sticker. I'm sure if you searched and made some phone calls you could get one easily for below sticker. If BHF will sell one for sticker in a fairly good Oklahoma economy then I'm positive that one of these dealers in a state where the economy isn't doing so great would let one go for under sticker. How much under sticker is anyones guess but I would say that a couple thousand under sticker wouldn't be out of the question.

Yeah - especially now that it's all but confirmed that Ford will be producing GT500s at least through the '11 model year. That makes them not quite as unique and collectible as everyone first thought. Like my other brother David says, if I had the money I'd be all over one for a little under sticker. I'm still trying to hold out for the '11 Mustang GT to see what engine choices it has, too. And Jarrod - never doubt your elders, Grasshopper.

You can get them cheaper these days dealers are hurtin to sell anything.
I have a customer from Joplin that bought a Black GT500 with 1,100 miles for 35K, he had a 2000 SC saleen he's much happier with the 500.

He called me one day and asked what I thought and I told him if you don't buy it....its mine so where is the car at. We put a pulley and JLT intake and I tuned it, he ran it last weekend and went a 11.31 @126 MPH on radials. With 1.80 60 ft. Going to see if he can come down to our track next weekend and put my slicks on and put it in the 10's.

I thought the track was closed for the season?

Nope last weekend was the last scheduled TNT but they will continue to have TNT as long as the weather permits. They have it post on TRP web sight
