Re: GM Bankrupt???
GM is in the same boat as everyone else. Suck it up and deal with it.
Back in the 60's, 70's, and 80's, the domestic automaker was oblivious to the changing market that was coming. They just sat there, raked in huge profits and did nothing to prepare for the future, while competition continued to research and develop better and faster ways of production and profitablility. I have no sympathy for a company that cannot stare the lights of reality strait in the face and do something about it. They have known for almost a decade now that things need to change and still have not done anything about it. When they got there first bailout back in 01, why didn't they change then?? Also, when are they going to realize that the UAW is sucking the life out of them. Unions are half of the problem in this case. In my opinion.

Re: GM Bankrupt???
I would agree that the unions are a big problem. My Dad works for American and is in the Transport Workers Union. He and his crew work about 50% of the time that they are paid for and the rest of the time they are Fing off. He and others will openly admit it.
