Eibach pro kit
I have read through all the threads about installing the kits and helpful hints. I didn't see a question or answer on this though. So I bought the eibach pro kit. Do I just install them and not worry about caster or camber? Or do I have to adjust it with an alignment? I plan on doing this Monday night. Any tips will be most appreciated.

It's pretty straight forward. You will want to note the alignment on the front struts as the 4 bolts will only line up one way. You will see some wear on the inside of the tires over time. It's somthing you could wait on for a bit. None of us have installed CC plates.

We've done a bunch of the installed. It is pretty straight forward. You'll also need a Coil spring compresser for the front.

Re: Eibach pro kit
hey new here. from tulsa, lived there almost my entire life. now in the army stationed in ft. hood, tx deployed in iraq. i also have the eibach pro kit w/ tokico d-specs. i don't have camber plates, but you can save much money and just get camber bolts for about 30 bucks. if you plan on keeping your car for more than a year or if you plan on any suspension changes i would go to firestone for your alignment. they offer a lifetime alignment for around 150 bucks. just make sure you get them to use the specs for the shelby gt as is about the same drop as the eibach kit is.

Nice. Yeah I got the bolts from my local parts store. I think they were 30 bucks. I get free alignments from my local body shop for free so thats is pretty sweet! Thanks for the info bob. I will let them know about the shelby specs when aligning it.

you won't really notice in handling characteristics or anything, but after you start racking up the miles your tires will start yelling at you and they'll be quite pissed that you treated them that way.

Re: Eibach pro kit
I got an alignment with the camber bolts and wheels installed. Here are the specs:

I thought it handled nice after the install but after the alignment it is even tighter. I love it! The right front tire may have some tire wear on it though.

Re: Eibach pro kit
I like a little negative camber. Not good for tires in everyday applications, but it improves cornering.
