The only thing with that run though is I dont remember how I did it. I didnt look once that day at the Tach. I listened to the motor on all my runs. And every run that day was under 12 sec. Plus the track was prepped really well.
Trying to find a nice wideband to install. The last run at 12.4 I was pushing close to 7,000-7,100 rpms at the line. Need to find out what the motor is doing there. I don't want it to get too lean. Next time we go, going to get some race fuel to splash in there as well. 101-104 probably.

I had good luck mixing in the Torco fuel additive to raise my octane. I was running my 101 tune Sat.

Jerbear and I have been searching for the right wide-band. Has anyone ever installed one of these and have any recommendations. Going to make this my next purchase. Its not much to spend compared to the alternative to not using one. Any suggestions??? likes, dislikes?? Digital, analog??

I would use autometer for guages. I think the install is pretty straigt forward. You might have a muffler shop weld in an o2 bung at the recommended distance downstream of the header/manifold. All you do then is screw in the wideband sensor into the bung and run some wires.

Dynojet Wideband Commander, AEM EUGO Wideband, and the Innovated Wideband all seem to be pretty popular on the cobras...just trying to pick the best one.
