5/20 Track Day

I think I'm going to go out with the Porsche club and run on the Sheriffs track in OKC. Have never been. I need to drive this beast the way it's meant to be without fear of tickets!

Anyone interested? It's 30 dollars.

Used to go all the time in my BMW. Good group and well run. I may make it. Used to be $20. Did they increase it?

Headed to cars and coffee this morning. You should head north. Starts at 8:00am Great turn out last month..120 or so cars.

Maybe it was 20 for BMW club, this is Porsche.

I may contact them as well! I really want some practice breaking loose around some turns.

No, I always ran with the Porsche club. I sent Bryan an email to jog my memory. I just saw Chad too at Coffee and Cars as he is an officer in the Porsche club too and forgot to ask. I will report back.

EDIT: Yep was $20 until late last year some asshat hit the timing equipment and didn't pay for the damage hence now $30.

Depending on how they have the course setup it can be really fun with these setups or the course can be really tight(read slow) and not as much fun.
