That's weird I distinctly remember reading it had the orig cougar engine? Is this the same as what came in the probe? I must admit I have no experience in all things probe. Unless were talking about probing jarrod

Its actually a Ford Modeo motor....but was used in the probe. Like I said I would rip it out quick and put in something that would actually allow the car to move forward.

Kl-de 2.5l v6... The cougar was originally slated to be the 3rd gen probe, but when sales dropped in 97 they scrapped the probe and used the new design to bring back the cougar
