With OCCU, 04 gives you the better used car rate, drop down to 03 and you pay 9 %. Knowing Dein, probably going through USAA, which they typically don't care and finance anyone at an unbelieveable low rate.

Wasnt saying they wont loan that old. Meant to suggest the rates are very high for anything before 2005 and that TTCU will only go 3 years on the length of the note.
