State accused them of vin fraud. Restoration laws are gray and pretty fuzzy on what constitutes a rebody.

Rumor was they were buying dynacorn bodys and old cancer filled originals. Pullin the vin off the orig cars slapping them on the dyna corns and calling them an "original". That was the states case anyway. The shop said they were not doing that and it would all come out in court. That was the last I heard. They never said on the news what the shops side of the story was
