2008 OLYMPIC GAMES

Did anyone see that American 400m relay last night. It was amazing let me tell you!! France had been talking crap all week leading up to the race saying things like "We are going to crush the Americans, thats what we came here for" What losers. Then what happened...the Americans crushed the World Record by 4 seconds beating the French by .08. It looked as though we were going to lose the race...but out of nowhere the anchor leg of the team just exploded with speed running down the French and taking GOLD. Really it was amazing. and no it's not photoshopped that's the frist thing I thought when I saw it ....

I did the 5th asian games in Bangkok,1971.This is were all asian teams compete to go to the olympics.Our high school was invited to compete.We finished with a silver as a team.Get this,i ran the 200 meters and high jump.Now i know what your thinking,but i do have all the pictures in my year book,plus some news paper clippings.Damn how does one fall apart.I could hang on a basket ball goal and now i can't even touch the net. More history later.
