Re: Lol forum post
holy crap... wish I had the courage to say that to the wife sometimes... lol...
She helped me replace my intake manifold on the Mustang a few months back... complained the whole time about how bored the was... I needed a small hand to put the t-stat housing back on, and she claims she got a metal splinter from pressing it on to the RTV... whined for days about it...

Re: Lol forum post
We have to remember that they are girls and [most of them] know nothing about cars. We just have to bear the grunt, and either convince them things are needed, or do it behind their back and hope they don't notice for a while, then convince them it's always been like that...
Re: Lol forum post
Should I let Lee live or tell him about the "girls" that work on and race their own cars? Like me, Casi, Amanda, etc? Should I mention I am fearless on the track?
The token girls of BMMC are a rare breed, my friend, we love our cars and know them inside and out. Michael (my personal mechanic) and I replaced my intake manifold, and I love doing it, spending time on my car with a good friend.

Re: Lol forum post
Well it could have been a metal "shaving"? And if so, I think you'll need more than an intake manifold replacement.
No it's not a girl, silly, it's an AM calendar.
