Do you know if it takes up any less system resources than IE?

I use all three. Chrome and Firefox more than IE. IE is very slow compared to the others. Thus IE is a resource hog. (What?! A MS product a resource hog? CAN'T BE! :) But I do use it for online transactions... more below.

The downside of chrome is that some sites are not supported by it. But that is changing. Firefox had the same problem when it came out. Major sites are not the problem here. Most big site test their web apps and site against all browsers. It tends to be smaller sites that are more prone to incapability.

Chrome also has some security concerns but are quickly addressing them as well.

IE if you can believe it.... has been proven to be the most secure. Which is ironic because that was the main reason people were switching to FF. However, MS has made great strides to make IE more secure.

The Skinny...

Chrome and FF are the fastest and have the friendliest interface (IMO)... IE the most secure.

Chrome is alright. I have it, but I prefer firefox. I'm just not all that impressed by chrome.

Chrome is good. I switch between Safari and Chrome.

Both run extremely faster than IE crap.
