Very impressive!
The M3 has always been an impressive standard. For the budget base Mustang GT to match if not beat it... Very nice.

Re: Very impressive!
I can't figure out where the Jalopnik author got his price figures - he shows the price of the BMW as $59,975 and the Mustang GT as $31,795, yet his source (Motor Trend) shows the base price of each as $55,875 and $30,495 respectively. Price of each as tested (a more accurate comparison) is $63,625 and $39,755 respectively.

Re: Very impressive!
The only stat that matters is that one of them is a Mustang...what else matters?

While Top Gear is very entertaining... It's far from the final word IMO. Half of there stats are BS.
I'll tell you which one they'll pick... The BMW. They simply hate the Mustang's live axle.

Re: Very impressive!
I'd love to see those blokes driving on the right side of the highway while seated on the left side of the car.

I don't disagree, it's fun to listen to them try talk themselves out of saying an American car is not worthy of the title. It would be fun to see how it matches up though.
