66 mustang

does anybody now what a 66 mustang go for? it has a 289, with a B4 tranny, (i dont now if this tranny is right i have never heard of a B4 tranny before,) and the numbers do not match, any oppoins would help thanks

That's a wide open question. It could be worth anywhere from $600 to $15,000. I'm assuming we're talking about a coupe of course.

I sold a '66 restomod coupe for $12,000 about 4 years ago. But it was a very nice car; all the GT350R fiberglass and Shelby suspension along with some modern front end stuff to get it even lower, an Edelbrock Performer RPM engine (350 hp), top loader 4-speed, 3.50 traction-lock heavy duty diff, pony interior, rotisserie restoration.................I had well over $20k invested in it...........


One of the most important things to know is where to look for the 16 most rust prone areas on an original mustang.....................

There just isnt a clear but way to price those things anymore,,, alot of pricing is based on emotion these days. Definetly cant make a call without seeing it
