a guy i know up here in Midwest city gave these to me, i only have 3 so i am either looking to sell them or buy 1 more...he was gonna put them on a mid 90's gt but instead he is moving to houston and told me to come and get them if i wanted them :)
they are 17x8 all 3 have center caps and they have been used

update, I checked. He needs the 96-98 Cobra style chorme 5 star. Those look like they were the 99-02 style cobra 5 star
