Don't drive and reach for your cell phone.

It was about 5:30 pm and I was coming home from work driving South on Garnette toward 41st street.The traffic was a bit backed up more than usual. I finally made my turn on to 41st west and just at the QT and Applesbee entreance area i saw this yellow Super Bee Dodge pick up truck on its roof. I just had to get pics of this. Went home and got the camera. When i got back it was already on its wheels and the wrecker was getting up on the flatbed.



The young kid is ok who was driving it and so was the other 2 in the car he hit from the back. The pick up hit the Chrysler in front of him on the right rear side and pretty much flipped the truck over on to its roof. I was talking the pictures when the kid was talking to me about what happen. "I was reaching for my cell phone and then all of the sudden I was upside down." That's what the young male driver said to me when i took the pics. In the Chrysler, the black car that he hit, the woman driver and the very young boy was ok. All 3 were able to walk away but the cars were wrecked. Another thing to add... the kid in the yellow Super bee just got his truck out of the body shop this week. He just spent $8000 on a new front end. WOW!!!

that sucks. theres not gonna be many of those Rumble Bees left.

I saw that tonight on the way to bowling. Not very pretty at all.

i drive about 800 miles a week for my job and i see the shit all the time. people not noticing the light is green because theyre too busy texting, swerving into my lane because theyre not watching the road, not being able to use their blinker because one hand is on the wheel and the other is holding the phone... etc. its just not worth it.

I was coming home last night from the ORU bball game and got off the highway to watch a minivan just casually go through a red light,,,,for once a policeman was behind them!!!! Justice

I see that crap all the time. Drivers going 20 mph slower than the flow of traffic, swerving, etc. I really wish it was outlawed. It's as bad as drunk driving.

If someone hit me because they were on the cell phone, I would shoot the mofo.

Thank god no one got hurt.

im usually bought there at 5:30 when goin home but decided to go buy a coat before i went home...

I didn't realized it was the owner next to me. I just asked hit did her see it. Thats when he said it was hit truck. I just asked were everyone ok. They were. I thought it was the Mexican that lived down the street from me. This guy was on his way home and was only a mile away. SUCKS.
