Powershifting my Cobra... Vid inside
I haven't posted on here in a while. I'm still around lurking in the dark corners... Here's a little motivation for y'all, I had a friend take this vid and I just got it uploaded to youtube last night.
This is how you do it ----> https://www.youtube.com/user/JrSVT#p/a/u/0/a6SHcKvDlVo

Re: Powershifting my Cobra... Vid inside
Thanks guys, that was a fun day. All morning I was out powershifting the car and just beating the hell out if it in general. It got me motivated to make a video of it so I called my friend up and got 'er done!
I really need some drag radials, that was on my conservative street tune with street tires. I wanted to power shift 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 and get it on the vid but I would just haze the tires in 2nd. Even the 2-3 shift would spin a little sometimes.

Thanks Jerry...thanks Hector.
I don't do this in my car all the time, but every now and then it is fun to play, I just decided to get this on camera. If I did it all the time I'd end up replacing parts in my transmission like Jerry just did
Just mess'n with ya Jerry. I'm sure I will have to replace stuff in my tranny sometime. 83xxx miles on the ticker and no problems yet though.

Yeah, just a 2.76 upper non ported eaton, RAI, idlers, PFab IC reservoir, FLSFC's, IRS diff brace and bushings yada yada yada....
I plan on throwing more money at it over the winter so we'll see where that lands me.
