I was at Long John Silvers, Memorial and 71st area, getting some food and I found this in the parking lot. I believe a female owns the car. Ouch!!!

I assume it has been vandalized? I mean the parts are laying next to the car, how do you tear off a piece of the hood like that anyway.

i believe it was going too fast and got cough under something. No head lights, hood all torn and the front bumper is all loose.
