pulled over again

well on the way home tonight from hallett i get pulled over again in my car.. speed limit went from 70 to 65 and he said i didnt get slowed down fast enough and he got me going 68.. then he said that black thing on the back of my car was illegal i was like what black thing its all black he said around my license plate oh my license plate frame. then he wanted to know about my car, color of lights, if i had any other lights, and then said i should change the number on the car.. i guess the 643 on my car the trooper that has that number is on suspension and has been for about a month so he said i should change my number on my car.. he gave me a warning after he couldnt find anything to give me a ticket for. then while eating i saw a collinsville pd officer and ask him about the license plate frame and he confirmed it was illegal along with alot of other things illegal with most cars today but he was pretty cool about the whole deal. i just thought all of it was funny and had to share with everyone..

I have the full smoked cover over BOTH of our license plates (the kind that glares so you cant speed trap picture them) along with blacked out tail lights, ts and head lamps and rarely have a problem.

Jimmy... I was watching Mythbusters a few months ago... they tested those covers.... they don't work... just a lil fyi

the black thing was the license plate frame..

I would have told him to give me the ticket so I can go in front of a judge and tell them you 1) pulled me over for 3mph over while I was slowing down. and 2) because my "black thing" was illegal (which about 9 out of 10 cars have due to the dealerships putting them on. Heck the judge probably has one.

I would have liked to waste tax payers dollars for 3 mph. Your much worse than the 20 mph over drivers I see every morning.
