not bitter. everyone is injured or acting like they are injured, anyone you had worth a damn is probably on the bench questionable or probable. It really doesn't matter who you have on your team right now. It matters who you have on your team who is actually playing.

Re: Fantasy Football anyone?
Ok folks... The Fantasy League Super Bowl is set!
It's Jerry Vs. BMMC in the first Annual Super Bowl.
On a side note. The Toilet Bowl was played this weekend. I squeezed out a narrow victory over Mikey.
(BTW The Toilet Bowl is played by the two worst teams. It was a rebuilding year for both of us! So back off!)

HOLD ON EVERYONE! WE ARE NOT DONE!
Turns out we are only in "half time". Here's how it works... In the playoffs, teams play each other twice. After the two weeks, the one with the higest total points wins. A little different... never played like that but Kirby and Mikey and Mark. ... You're still in it! The two week rule applies to the Superbowl as well.
Rules are here: http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/content?page=fflrulesseasonplayoffsstandard2009
But here's the skinny.
PLAYOFFS
Your league has battled it out throughout the regular season and
you're now ready to see who can win when it really matters - in the
Playoffs! This page details how the playoff system works in ESPN
Fantasy Football Leagues.
The fantasy playoffs begin in the 14th week of the NFL regular
season. In the Playoffs, the head-to-head matchups are a bit different
than the regular season. During the playoffs, the matchups are TWO (2)
weeks in duration instead of one. Think of it as each week representing
a "half".
Round One of the playoffs takes place during the 14th and 15th weeks
of the NFL regular season, while Round Two spans the two final weeks of
the NFL regular season (weeks 16 and 17).
In each playoff round, the team with the highest combined point
total after two weeks advances. Each team will have the opportunity to
change their active roster between each week (essentially "halftime")
of playoff play.
All teams continue to compete throughout the playoffs. The
two Divisional Champions and two wild card teams (teams with the next
best overall records) compete for the League Championship. The wild
card teams may come from either division and are selected by their
records, with ties resolved according to the tiebreaker categories
below. The top-ranked division champ plays the lowest-ranked wild card
team i.e. the first place team faces the fourth place team while the
second place team faces the third place team.
The remaining teams compete in the consolation bracket. Though out
of the running for the championship, this consolation bracket is still
competitive since no one wants to finish in last place!

Re: Fantasy Football anyone?
Yep... Kinda odd how they the have it set up. I was looking at it this evening and couldn't figure out why it was showing that I was playing you again. Also, the losers this week will go on to play a 2 more weeks to decide 3rd place.
Gives us a couple more weeks of fun.

Re: Fantasy Football anyone?
Well you have to play good to get to the playoffs. This year however, we had the 4 way tie and it came to points. So I guess BMMC gets bragging rights for Conference Champs.
But yes.... Just like the NFL, the Playoffs are a whole new season!

Re: Fantasy Football anyone?
Well it's official... Jerry and BMMC are going to the big dance. Just like the playoffs it will be a two week game.
Kirby and Mark will play for 3rd place. Also a two week match.
Mikey, I guess they have us playing another two weeks just for fun.
