Bartlesville Car Show May 9 (Challenge Event)

OK heres the plan. We will be meeting at the Reasors in Owasso @ 7:15. 11550 N. 135th E. Ave. Owasso, OK 74055. It is just off of 169 and 116th Street North. We will be leaving at 7:30 sharp and caravanning to Sooner Park together. Don't forget to bring lawn chairs, walkie talkies, and maybe a small cooler with snacks and beverages. We will NOT be stopping on the way. Hope to see everyone there. PM Paul, David, Jarrod or I if you need or want our phone numbers.

Don't forget to pack a food item or items fotvthe pot luck picnic lunch to share with the group! Also bring cash car shows don't generally accept checks or plastic. The club will bring drinks for the event.

Once you guys go to cb radios,youll through the hand held one's away.Walmart has a small cobra for 35 bucks.Go get a mag base wilson antenna and your in.Got my set up on craig's list for 20 bucks.

FRS radios are more private and better suited for our purposes on cruises. CBs are for old pharts driving slow cars.

Ok, since we are having a pot luck lunch thought it would be a good idea to start a sign up sheet. The club will be providing beverages everyone else needs to bring food. We need things like chips, bread, lunchmeat or burger meat (Paul will be bringing a small grill), condiments, paper plates, napkins, and something sweet to eat. I myself am bring some fruit, apples and bananas. Everyone chime in and let us know what your bringing so we don't end up with 14 bags of chips. :-)

I got a case of ribs,jumbo shrimp,and king crab legs.Oh yeah,i'll be at the pontiac show.

I'll bring paper plates, napkins, trash bags, couple of bags of chips, and cookies (store bought; not homemade - sorry Jarrod).

Awesome.... I'm bring a grill and depending what others bring... I'll fill in the wholes.
