Re: heads for 4.6L 2 valve
Dont know too much about the 2 Valve heads. Ill do some looking around and see what I can dig up.
My suggestion would be finding combinations that others have done that are proven. Will those stage 3 heads work well with a blower application...thats a good question

Patriot Performance has had some quality control issues in the past. I think in the last couple of years though they have really put out a good product. If you are really wanting a good 2v head, TrickFlow will have a nice set coming out in a couple of months.
FoxLake racing sells a very good cyl head for the 2v also.

Also, if you really plan on pushing your motor with a blower and nitrous be careful, your stock bottom end starts to get iffy over 400rwhp. Powdered rods FTL!

Not sure on the 3 valve head, but yes you could go to a 4 valve head. You will need lots of other misc parts to make it all work though. IMO, it would really be easier to buy a complete 4 valve motor and ecu and swap the whole thing out.
A little while back there was someone selling a relatively low mileage Mach 1 motor/transmission on www.okdhm.com. I think he was asking $3200 obo for the motor/transmission/ecu/harness. He'd likely take less now if he still has it.
