Anyone going to OKC this week?

I have a cobra wing that a guys is going to trade me for a Saleen wing for the umm.. Project car. He works and then does stuff with his kids in the evenings and cannot meet me half way till the weekend and I will be busy on the weekend. If I drove all the way into OKC he could meet up with me but I dont want to have to drive into OKC just for that. I was hoping someone on here might be already heading that way. If so could I get you to try and meet up with him so we can get these wings changed out? It would be greatly appreciated..

I guess it would work the other way as well. Any one from OKC coming here this week that could bring that wing and then take this one back with them?

Im from Tahlequah and im going to OKC friday to get my stang out of the shop. Ill be free Saturday until i head back around probably 12. just message me and let me know something

Kyle, As a last resort I may go for that. I was hoping to have the wing here on Saturday. If I have to I may drive it friday night and just go all the way in and back.

I might be going to Moore tomorrow to pick up a motor. Will let you know when I talk to the guy today.

That would be cool. I am sure I could get something coordinated with this guy to get these wings traded out. Let me know.

I could go and get it if need be. Usually free on the weekends. I could go down Sunday afternoon and get it if no one else has worked anything else out yet.

If its the weekend I could go. I was wanting to try and get it here before Saturday so we can install it on the car.

Its going to have to be painted separate from the car anyways...so installing it might not be needed. Just need to have it here to go with the car to Paint

That depends one who is painting the car and how they want to paint it. Most people would paint the car with it on the car so the paint matches perfect. You dont pull fenders off the car or doors and paint them seperately.

Nice sarcasm....like I said some take the spoiler (if its aftermarket and difficult to paint) off the car. When I sent my fox in to be painted they took both the hood and spoiler off the car....both were hanging in the paintbooth drying out. So yes some take these parts off.

Im not a paint and body expert and nor is anyone else here....i was just explaining my experience

I think he pretty much is.... i know the doors and hatch are coming off.
