Actually, isnt all color absorbed and the color you see is what is being reflected back out. Excepct black, which absorbs all color and white which reflects all color.

Someone was paying attention during Physics classes lol! applause

I have had this argument many of times. I had to be proven wrong once. Now I am always right. lol! Technically, Brent is still right. You add the orange pigment to get the color. But what you see is what is not being absorbed, it is what is being refleceted.

kind of like the concept that darkness is merely the absense of light and not something in itself.

Well if I can't run 12.79 on street tires I have major problems. But then again, I wouldn't even try street tires on the track cause it would not be fun trying to hook it up consistently. Drag radials ftw...... lol!

12.79 is just my best time thus far, My MPH says she has a quicker time than that in her. Fastest GT500 ive seen on street tires at TRP managed a 12.5 after about 5 low 13 sec runs

That is exactly why I wouldn't try with street tires, pointless and dangerous in my mind. I would rather just dump and go then have to worry about pussy footing it out of the hole. Been there done that, back in 95 when bfg's first came out, shit I use to do 5000 rpm dumps on those suckers and actually hooked pretty good for heads and cam only stang. I would hate to see how good the mickey thompsons hooked.
