Ive got a 91 fox body hatch back, the hatch is hard to shut and sometimes it will pop open on its own. Anyone had this problem?

Not much to go on... but, it sounds like you might need a new latch mechanism. Before replacement, you might check to make sure it's properly aligned with the striker.

Check out 5.0 resto. They have everything Fox...

Replace the striker bushing and check alignment. If u look at the bushing it most likely is worn down in an area. Easy to replace with a large torx bit. T-50 I think.

You can get striker bushings at autozone or whatever for under 5 bucks.

Also you'll want to install some good weld in sub frame connectors. It will keep the body from flexing so bad.

Tons of places online to source your SFC. Just start looking. I know for a while Kris at K&M muffler was making some pretty good ones. It's been years since I knew for sure he was doing them but you could give him a call. He's in Broken Arrow

It makes the car feel a lot more solid. It's a good investment on the hatch models
