FS fish tank setup and reptile setup
Like it says, I need to get rid of my fishtank setup (75 gallon single overflow) and my reptile setup. The fish setup is brand new never used. The reptile setup is used (I had a leopard gecko in it that died).
If interested please reply and I will put up specifics and pics....

Re: FS fish tank setup and reptile setup
Anyone? This money from the sale goes directly to modding my Termi. Someone could get a kick ass fish tank setup, brand new, never used, for less than half of what you would pay for it at retail pricing. I was going to do a salt reef tank, but it can be run as a freshwater setup...
For someone with kids, my reptile setup would be great too. Makes (a leopard gecko or other reptile, if you need help I can help you) a great low maintenance pet. Way cheaper than a dog or cat....

Re: FS fish tank setup and reptile setup
Below is my ad I made for Craigslist. I am asking for $1000 for the general public, but to someone on here I'll sell it for $900, or possibly negotiate. At a price of $900 I am losing over 50% of the retail cost for this setup that is BRAND NEW NEVER USED, and it will make an awesome setup to boot. For those that don't know, I used to work at Petco, so I know a thing or two about fish tanks and reptiles, etc. My plan was a saltwater reef tank and have the best possible setup that is easy on maintenance effort and maintenance cost, without getting the "best" of everything. Anyone that knows me will tell you I don't cheap out. I can post pics if needed.
For Sale: 75G Single Overflow tank setup
For saltwater or freshwater use
Brand new, never used, no problems or blemishes
Complete set for sale, no parting out items
For sale (the regular retail cost is listed after the item listing):
x 1: Aqueon (All Glass Aquarium) 75 gallon single overflow glass tank (black) - $249.99
x 1: black stand. This is not the cheap pine stand commonly found - $549.99
x 1: All Glass Aquarium Mega-Flow Model 4 sump filtration overflow box. Includes: two slotted intake tubes, tray with filter media, bioballs, two lines of corrugated tubing, sponge filter, two sump lid tops, and instructions. This sump is rated for up to 210 gallons - $499.99
x 1: All Glass Aquarium Mega-Flow sump overflow aquarium kit. Includes: adjustable downpipe, return pipe, adjustable return nozzle (has 2 outlets), ¾” elbow, 1” bulkhead, ¾” universal bulkhead, ¾” bulkhead, air elbow intake, 90 degree elbow, drain pipe base, strainer, bulkhead wrench, and instructions - $76.99
x 2: sets of All Glass Aquarium 75 Versa-Top glass tops. 2-hinged glass sections. Note: one set covers the tank. I bought two sets just in case one side/set happened to break - $39.99 each, total $79.98

x 3: “Small” clear specimen containers - $8.99 each, total $17.98

x 1: book, The 101 Best Saltwater Fishes - $18.95
x 1: book, The Simple Guide, Marine Aquariums - $17.95
x 1: book, The New Marine Aquarium - $13.99

Regular retail spent: well over $1721.68
Your purchase price: $1000.00 firm, serious inquiries only
I’m taking a loss of almost half the original cost spent on a brand new, never used setup with almost everything needed to run an excellent saltwater or freshwater setup; plus you get many magazines and books, and other items. Note: you will need a truck or large SUV for pickup, and all of it will need to be cleaned before use.
