Re: FEELER - 05 Silver GT - 60k Miles w/ Bolt-Ons
Hmmm...I'll sell my '05 with 15,150 miles on it for the same $18,500.00, and it doesn't have any "squeeks"; no CEL; and no weird clutch; but it does have a clean title with no fender benders; the little releases on both back seats; and it comes equipped with all necessary resistors (not "regulators") for the amp. Oh - and there are 600 months left on all four of my tires. But GLWTS!

Can fix both issues with what an hour and half and 60 bucks. Clutch isnt weird just dont know what brand it is, I actually like it better than the stage 3. Wrecks give the car personality, and the seat releases are just added weight. And its not a resistor it's legit called a regulator, if need be ill try and find em on radio shack website. Oh and what mods do you have? And the deck has bluetooth so it will prevent further wrecks! Booyah!

Epic post David.
Barrett.... We need to work on your ad writing skills. I like where you mention the "Little Fender Bender". This is good.... however, then you go on to say that half the sheet metal on the car has been replaced.

dont be surprised if you get slammed on svtp. Most people on their aren't young kids and will tell you what they really think about your car and its value. Just a warning, they get pretty brutal.

Thats why I put feeler though, I'm not really expecting it to sell at that price just seeing if someones willing to pay that. Can always lower it ya know. I'll probably end up throwing it on ebay at like 17-17.5

Re: FEELER - 05 Silver GT - 60k Miles w/ Bolt-Ons
Good luck, but i dont think youll get near 18500 for your car. Cars on autotrader with less miles are going for 1500, and performance mods dont add much to a cars value...
Just have to find someone that wants the same thing you have. How bad is the rash on the wheels? Did you do it or did it come that way?

Re: FEELER - 05 Silver GT - 60k Miles w/ Bolt-Ons
came that way, i added a little to it. on autotrader i was seeing alot of 40k mile ones going for like 17-18k. Idk we'll see.

Re: FEELER - 05 Silver GT - 60k Miles w/ Bolt-Ons
Mine sold for $19500. But it only had 22k miles. Mine was modded to hell. You just have to find someone that wants what you have. Also, the ad itself needs to be rewritten... ;)

i really think you'll have the most luck on craigslist. find someone young that is having their parents buy them a car and that doesnt know shit about looking into carfax and comparing prices and just talk up how much money is in the car modwise (real world you don't get it back but a lot of young kids will not realize that and think they are getting a deal if they think they are saving a grand on performance parts).

Re: FEELER - 05 Silver GT - 60k Miles w/ Bolt-Ons
Yeah Ill write up a better craigslist add and I'm gonna work on making an ebay add tomorrow. Gotta clean up the inside and stuff to take some pictures. Really I'm taking 17.5k minimum since well thats what I need for what I want. In a month or so when I have some money saved up I'll maybe lower the price or something.

"Tight"? At my age, I only think of tight in regards to pants and shoes - both bad things.

haha you have nothing to worry about. i don't bs people, just let them know the amount of money invested in it. take my gt for example, ive easily got 10K wrapped up in it in addition to the purchase price. if i listed it for 10K some young people that know nothing about cars/mods would think it is a hell of a deal, basically like getting the car for free.
...of course finding one of those dumbasses is easier said then done.

Not bad, just make sure you disclose that accident if anyone asks... still could use more professionalism, but hopefully it will attract the right attention.
Btw, i now know what number to use when my wife fills out all those annoying coupon spammers...
