GT500 Brake Pad Options

Post by Shelby10' on 5/15/2011, 11:04 am

Been looking to upgrade to something with less dust and more grip. Found a couple of threads discussing the different options with pros and cons. I cant stand driving just a few miles and already having dust on the wheels from normal braking. Drives me nuts.

Still deciding against the Cmax Gold and Hawk

Cmax's I believe are cheaper, can be picked up locally and come with a lifetime warranty, But I have had Hawk in the past and very please with them.

Do any of you guys have experience with these or other brake pad options?

I've always used Hawks. Never had any prob. Good performance low dust. But not opposed to switching.

I ran up to the store today and took this picture... could be running a little warm.

Don't mind dust as long as they don't squeak!
