Toy Drive kick off cruise to Woolaroc Nov. 20th

To kick off our annual toy drive this year we will be doing a cruise to Woolaroc. We hope to kick this off big with a record number of cars on this cruise. We encourage everyone to bring toys or cash donations to this event. There will be challenge points awarded for your efforts as well as points for the event. This Is A Challenge Event!! Woolaroc is located just outside Bartlesville Oklahoma and offers a great drive through game refuge as well as a very nice museum which we will tour. We will post final details soon so mark your calendars. November will be full of events for the club so get ready to have some fun!!

work and weather permitting we are down for this i suppose. not sure what its all about but we will find out

Mainly an event to gather momentum for our toy drive we do every year. Basicly we will meet up at Bob Hurley Ford at I-44 and the Arkansas river here in Tulsa then head north on highway 75 toward Bartlesville. We will take a new route this year the back way via Skiatook Oklahoma to highway 123 and on to Woolaroc. Woolaroc is where Frank Phillips of Phillips petroleum had a ranch. It is now a really nice wild animal sanctuary where you drive in from the main gate about three miles to the museum. While you drive you will see elk deer bison emu long horn steer all sorts of things. The museum houses many native American artifacts, shrunken heads, stuffed animals from safari trips, art work and the plane Woolaroc as well as an impressive firearms collection. It's a great museum. We will also stop for lunch somewhere. Should be a really fun trip. Hope to see you guys there.

No. We are cruising the 20Th to gain momentum on our toy drive. I'd move it but the next weekend is the day we will go toy shopping with all cash donations. It's all listed on the events page. It's really tight on time right now leading up to the drop. Since we cancelled the fall cruise this year we thought it would be nice to get the cars out and cruise then with the toy drive under full swing why not combine the two events. It's all about the toys and giving. And let me tell ya. There is nothing greater than the smile on just one Childs face who gets a toy when without generous people like us might not have received a toy this year.

Maybe we can put together a cruise. Before Christmas just to go see lights if there's enough interest. I'm game for it.
