Re: Whats my next toy?
what suspension do you have on there now? stock?
EDIT: what are you goals for you car, do you want an aggressive daily driver or a fast track car thats street able?
for the first id do progressive springs, for the later id do coil overs or linear spring(more predictable on the track)
wheres our resident suspension master? GEORGE!!!!!????????

Right now, i have Eibach Lowering springs, and BMR LCA's....not adjustable.
and rest is stock.
I want a fast track car thats street able.....
I might get 4:10 gears, but i want to test them out first before i decide.
As far as suspension goes, i want to upgrade everything. Not looking for the best of the best in everything, but supsension upgrades that can handle a good amount of stress.
As far as Horsepower gains, im not looking for serious power to the point where im forced to change out the internals an stuff, thats too much money.
Cams are definitly a thought, 4:10s maybe, am i missing anything else?'
NOS...hell no, supercharger...no, Turbo...no way...dont want any of that on my car, dont want the life of my engine to be sucked dry lol

Re: Whats my next toy?
If you only knew the story behind that, you wouldn't be saying that . . . .
Let me just say, Jared went to look for a flashlight in my room, and got a little surprise. Bet he never opens someone else's night stand drawer again.

i give unto you, the watts link.
http://www.steeda.com/products/steeda_watts_link_s197.php
its a marvelous thing. its basically 2 panhard pars with a center vertical rod that ties them together and allows for near perfect alignment through the whole range of suspension travel

Re: Whats my next toy?
MustangFanatic07 wrote:nope
if your going to run serious id sggest them and a high temp brake fluid, also new brake pads. your stockers will get vaporized at hallet. while were in the area, id suggest a bigger panhard bar and brace. steeda makes some really nice racing ones theyr what i use. im sure bmr makes some to.
gotta go to work i'll post up some other suggestions later. i suggest talking to george, he is the resident hallet master

Jared will spend it all on shiny baubles if you let him. If you're going for road course, go for suspension.
